Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your skin’s new ritual. Because we stand behind the quality of our Ecocert Cosmos certified formulas, we offer a straightforward return process.

• 14-Day Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

• How to Start a Return: Simply email our team at support@thecareformula.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address for our US warehouse.

• Refunds: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
